Brandy obtained from “holandas”, low alcohol content wine spirits (65°), aged in American oak casks previously seasoned with “Pedro Ximénez” Jerez wine, following the traditional dynamic ageing system known as “Criaderas y Soleras”.
More than 10 years.
Dark mahogany with hints of burnt umber.
Elegant notes of oak which integrate perfectly with the delicate aroma of “holandas" (wine spirits) obtained in a still, with notable aromas of vanilla and cocoa together with delicious perfumes of "crianza" aged wine, plums and raisins.
Smooth, unctuous and velvety with a very intense, complex finish in the mouth, with prominent and well-integrated spiced notes and notes of dried fruit and nuts and chocolate.
As a general rule, in well-ventilated places, away from sources of heat.
Over time, some precipitation may occur in the product in the bottle, a result of the natural process of wood ageing. If this occurs, decant the brandy before drinking.
